Paragraph Component
The Paragraph component is perfect for open-ended questions that require longer or more detailed responses. Whether you're collecting essays, feedback, or any in-depth input, this component is tailored to handle it all.

Fields Overview
The fields for the Paragraph component are quite similar to the Short Answer component, with one key difference—there is no Correct Answers field. Since this type of question is designed for open-ended responses, it focuses on descriptive input rather than predefined answers.
Adding Images
To include images alongside your Paragraph questions, you can easily use one from your Google Drive:
- Set the sharing permissions of your image in Google Drive to Public.
- Copy the shared image URL.
- Paste the URL into the Image URL field for the question.
This gives you the flexibility to use custom visuals, images from Google Search, or any publicly hosted images to enhance your form.
Generating Your Form
Once you've filled in the fields for the Paragraph component—or left them blank as needed—you’re ready to add it to your form. Here's how:
- Go to the Extensions menu in Google Sheets.
- Select Form Builder Pro and click Generate Form.
- If a form has already been created from this sheet, a dialog will appear asking if you'd like to overwrite the existing form or create a new one.
This feature ensures efficient form management in your Google Drive by helping you avoid creating unnecessary duplicates.
Checking Your Component
After generating the form, verify that your Paragraph component has been successfully added. Check if the attached image from your Google Drive (or another source) appears correctly in the form.
