Here’s how to configure the key fields for the Linear Scale component:

  1. Question: Write the main question or prompt for the scale.
  2. Description: Add extra instructions or context for clarity.
  3. Image URL: Paste the URL of an image to accompany the question.
  4. Required: Select Yes to make this question mandatory.
  5. From: Define the starting (minimum) numeric value for the scale.
  6. To: Define the ending (maximum) numeric value for the scale.
  7. Min Label: Provide a label for the minimum value, e.g., "Unsatisfied."
  8. Max Label: Provide a label for the maximum value, e.g., "Very Satisfied."

Generating Your Form

After configuring the Linear Scale component, follow these steps to generate your form:

  1. Go to the Extensions menu in Google Sheets.
  2. Select Form Builder Pro and click Generate Form.
  3. In the Generate New Form dialog, name your form and choose the desired form type.
  4. Click Create.
