Checkboxes Component
The Checkboxes component allows users to select multiple options from a list, making it ideal for questions where more than one answer can be correct. Follow this guide to configure the Checkboxes component for your forms.

Step-by-Step Configuration
- Question and Description: Enter the question text and, optionally, a description to provide additional context or instructions.
- Image URL: Add an image to visually enhance the question, or leave this field blank if not required.
- Shuffle Options: Set the shuffle option to Yes so each respondent sees a randomized arrangement of answer options.
- Feedback: Provide custom feedback for correct or incorrect selections. These fields work the same as in the Multiple Choice component.
- Answer Options: Define the answer choices for your question. You can also attach images to each option for a more engaging form.
- Adding More Options: To add more options:
- Right-click an existing option row and select Copy.
- Insert a new row above or below the desired position.
- Paste the copied row into the new row.
- Required Question: Mark the question as Required to ensure respondents must answer it before submitting the form.
- Point Value: Leave this field blank if you don’t want to assign points for this question.
Generating Your Form
After setting up the Checkboxes component, update your form by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Extensions menu in Google Sheets.
- Select Form Builder Pro and click Generate Form.
- Review the updated form in either Edit Mode or View Mode.
